By requesting or receiving plumbing services from Portlandia Plumbing Works, LLC (“Contractor”), the customer (“Client”) agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all diagnostic, repair, installation, and maintenance work performed by Contractor.
Certain projects require a deposit before scheduling. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Deposits are non‑refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
